Assist the FM in managing the overall FM functions in a 24/7 operation BPO site
To achieve excellence in preventive maintenance programs with highest standards and ensure energy conservation practices, manage M&E scope of the projects to ensure the quality and deliverables are within the stipulated time.
To provide comprehensive facility, contract, and procurement management for technical services with a focus on continuous improvement.
Achievement of the Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements targets for the client
To achieve financial and other targets established by the Facilities Manager.
