Qualifications
- BS in Electrical Engineering.
- Must be a Board passer of Electrical Engineering (PRC).
- Must possess a valid and non-expired Electrical Engineer License (PRC).
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience as Facility Supervisor or at least 4-5 years of Facilities Engineer
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Has Manufacturing Experience been an advantage
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
- Hardworking and flexible
- Strong Personality and Leadership skills
Duties And Responsibilities
Day to day management of the plant, ensuring that its operations, and its facilities (Generators, AHU, Cooling Towers, Compressor, PAC, Building etc.) are working and maintained efficiently and effectively.
Coordinates and negotiates with subcontractors, government regulatory agency for operational and installation permits and clearances.
Supervises and plans activities of facilities personnel to meet the goals and objectives of the work unit.
Plans and develops safety programs in the workplace
