Facility Maintenance Technician/Electrician

Perform electrical maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs in compliance with safety standards.

Conduct regular on-site facility checks to identify and address issues promptly.

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot structured cabling systems.

Monitor and adjust air conditioning temperature settings to ensure optimal comfort and efficiency.

Handle general facilities-related tasks, including plumbing repairs, lighting maintenance, and office space upkeep.

Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment inspections.

Respond to emergency maintenance requests on time.

Qualifications

With NCII Certification in Facility Maintenance or related field.

Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance standards for office facilities

Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various physical positions.
