Facility Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary

Oversee facility and building infrastructure renovations and improvements, office space planning, vendor management, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards including permits applications from concern government agencies. Will plays a critical role in creating a productive and secure work environment for employees assigned at the plant and at our offsite's facilities.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferably a licensed Civil Engineer and/or Architect
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in facilities management, preferably in a manufacturing facility environment
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations
• Soft Skills: Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Certifications (Preferred): OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent safety certifications
• With fundamental knowledge in AutoCAD, Building Automation System (BAS), SketchUp, SolidWorks, BricsCAD, other similar and/or related software
