What You'll Do:
- Lead preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical, mechanical, and civil works across facilities
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs, renovations, and new installations
- Inspect facilities to ensure compliance with safety, building, and regulatory standards
- Support construction and fit-out projects through design reviews and cost estimates
- Monitor maintenance budgets and track progress to ensure timely completion of works
- Supervise and guide maintenance staff and on-site resources
- Perform other facility-related tasks and project support as needed
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering; must be a licensed engineer.
- At least 5 years of experience in facilities management, building maintenance, construction, or related engineering functions.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, civil works, and preventive maintenance practices; proficiency in AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Advanced computer proficiency, including experience with project monitoring, reporting, cost estimation, and maintenance management tools.
- Proven experience in supervising teams, coordinating contractors and vendors, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Highly organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented, with strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
