Job Description

SEMY AS, a Norwegian Facility Management company (with representative offices in Philippines - Alabang and Davao) is looking forOperations and Service Assistant/Facility Coordinator.

This role involves coordinating maintenance and cleaning tasks for our Field Team in Norway, managing supplier and tenant relationships, ensuring compliance with local safety regulations. The Facility Coordinator will also assist in planning and budgeting for facility-related activities and repairs.

Job Qualifications:

  • At least 3 or more years of experience in facility management, property management, building operations or a related field.
  • Experience in coordinating maintenance and repairs across multiple buildings and offices.
  • Prior experience with office tenants and supplier management is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of building systems (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security systems).
  • Familiarity with facility management software and tools.
  • Can report to our ALABANG/DAVAO OFFICE daily from Monday to Friday, 3PM til 12 MN PH Time
