Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and safe work practices to foster a strong safety culture.
Ensure compliance with all statutory safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements through regular audits, risk assessments, hazard identification, and corrective actions
Oversee emergency response programs, including fire safety, evacuation planning, crisis management, incident investigations, and preventive action implementation.
Drive initiatives to enhance facility reliability, environmental sustainability, operational efficiency, and workplace safety performance through continuous improvement programs.
Manage contractors, service providers, and facility-related budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations, compliance with company standards, and achievement of key performance targets.
Oversee critical manufacturing utilities such as central chilling systems, cooling towers, compressed air systems, and ISO-certified cleanroom facilities, while supporting production expansion, equipment installation, and utility integration projects.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Facilities Management
At least 5 years of experience in facility management and/or workplace health & safety roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of facility operations, maintenance planning, and workplace safety regulations.
