We are seeking an experienced facilities management leader to oversee multi‑site workplace operations across key business locations. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient facility performance, optimizing resources, and delivering high‑quality support services that enable business operations. The position plays a critical role in driving operational excellence, managing large-scale projects, and enhancing overall workplace experience while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead multi-site space planning, capacity management, and facilities optimization.
- Oversee asset lifecycle management, including maintenance, tracking, and disposal.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and statutory requirements.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, cost control, and financial performance of sites.
- Drive process improvements and cost-efficiency initiatives.
- Oversee delivery of support services (maintenance, security, transport, admin, site services).
- Manage vendors, contracts, and service level performance.
- Lead end-to-end facilities projects, including planning, execution, and risk management.
- Promote sustainability initiatives and ensure proper environmental compliance.
- Lead teams and stakeholder engagement to ensure service excellence and operational alignment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Licensed engineer (Electrical, Mechanical, or equivalent) is preferred.
- At least 5–10 years of experience in facilities, property, or operations management in a multi-site environment.
- Strong background in vendor management, budgeting, and service delivery oversight.
- Proven experience in project management and operational process improvement.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance, safety standards, and sustainability practices.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Work Setup
