Job Description

Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a with a growing conglomerate focused on sustainable infrastructure and energy solutions in their search for a Site Administrative Supervisor (Facilities Supervisor) based in Polillo Island.

Salary Range: ₱40,000 - ₱50,000

Work Setup: Onsite

Shift Schedule: Day Shift

Location: Polillo Group of Islands, Quezon Province

The role

This role is responsible for providing administrative oversight and operational support across assigned site projects, ensuring effective coordination, accurate documentation, and compliance with established standards. Reporting directly to the Director of Project Administration, the position works cross-functionally to help drive the timely, safe, and high-quality delivery of project milestones.

Your Responsibilities

  • Facilities & Infrastructure Oversight: Manage the full facility lifecycle, ensuring safe, efficient, and well-maintained operations through preventive maintenance and continuous support, including services such as reception, housekeeping, and waste management.
  • Asset & Resource Management: Oversee corporate assets and property, ensuring proper utilization, maintenance, and control of utilities and operational expenses.
  • Administrative & Supply Chain Support: Supervise site administration, including staff accommodations and visitor logistics, while coordinating with headquarters on procurement, purchasing, and inventory management.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure full compliance with local laws and regulations, including permits, licenses, and proper documentation of statutory requirements.
  • EHS Leadership: Act as the designated Safety Officer, driving Environment, Health, and Safety programs and ensuring compliance during audits and inspections.
  • Security Management: Lead site security operations, manage personnel and vendors, and enforce policies to protect employees, visitors, and company assets.
  • HR & General Administration: Support HR functions such as timekeeping and employee records, while handling additional administrative and strategic tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in Site Administration or Facilities Management
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Certified with 40-hour COSH/BOSH training (required)
  • Must have a valid driver's license
