Overview:
Provides and ensures technical support to company's operations. Responsible for ensuring Facilities critical equipment, company assets and vehicles are in good running condition and maintained at all times.
- With Payroll Experience is a must
- Assists in managing technicians to ensure strict adherence to service level management of the site especially during preventive maintenance.
- Proposes and implements maintenance and repair programs of all company-owned and leased physical assets and equipments. Coordinates facility and asset maintenance and troubleshooting of critical areas of the site.
- Provides technical support for ENERCON activities and vendor management, case studies, etc.
- Maintains all electrical and electro mechanical installations and ensures that all are in good running condition.
- Assists manager/senior manager on build out and renovation projects; ensures adherence to
building and PEZA standards. Reviews and conducts evaluation of all ME/EE plans submitted by consultants prior to tendering.
- Prepares and implements preventive maintenance schedules for all mechanical and electrical equipment of all facilities. These include, but not limited to, ventilation fans, Precision A/C systems, UPS, electrical systems, generators, BMS and Data Center Fire Protection Systems.
- Manages overall shuttle maintenance, monitoring and upkeep.
- Acts as POC for Facilities Health and Safety Committee.
