YOUR ROLE
You take part in creating the best new hire experience in the project to completely renew our talent acquisition and onboarding process. You also help us with finding the best vendors for recruitment, and managing the a to z collaboration with them.
- Lead technicians in running the day-to-day operations in a pro-active and sustainable way ensuring continuous utilities support to manufacturing.
- Attend to operational issues and emergencies during his shift and ensure immediate resolution.
- Monitoring and control of utilities usage and understanding of any significant variation.
- Ensure appropriate escalation of critical issues that will impact or impacting manufacturing or any safety related issues.
- Precise and timely shift reporting of what was done during the shift.
- Ensure Facilities equipment/system operations at optimum level.
Your Skills & Experiences
- Electrical or Mecahnical Eng'g. Graduate, Four year Technology graduate ( Electrical or Mechanical).
- With good knowledge of 8D/APF/Root cause analysis and other quality management tools.
- With good knowledge of facility system/equipment trouble shooting.
- With good communication and presentation skill.
- With good problem-solving knowledge and firm decision making.
- At least 3–5 years of relevant facilities operation and maintenance experience in a semiconductor company or related industry in a Lead Technician or Supervisory role.
- With commendable leadership handling/leading facilities technicians.
- With commendable experience implementing energy efficiency and conservation program.
- With good knowledge of contractor/outsource management.
- With relevant experience doing technical report/presentation/training.
