Job Summary
The Facilities Repair & Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and overall upkeep of the organization's buildings, grounds, equipment, and facilities. This role ensures that all facilities operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable building codes and safety regulations. The position manages maintenance operations, supervises maintenance personnel, coordinates with external vendors and contractors, and leads initiatives that improve day-to-day facility operations and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, equipment, and facility infrastructure.
- Plan, schedule, and oversee repair works, renovation projects, preventive maintenance activities, and safety inspections.
- Coordinate waste reduction and facility improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with external vendors and contractors for maintenance services, repairs, supplies, and capital projects.

Qualifications
