We're looking for a Facilities Planning Engineer to join our team in Tanza, Cavite. In this role, you'll play a key part in planning maintenance activities, optimizing facility performance, and driving improvements across our building facilities, utilities, and infrastructure.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules, manpower, contractors, materials, and spare parts.
- Monitor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, compressed air, and other facility systems.
- Analyze maintenance reports, budgets, and performance data to improve efficiency and resource planning.
- Maintain accurate work orders, equipment records, inspection reports, and maintenance schedules.
- Ensure maintenance activities meet safety regulations, company standards, and engineering best practices.
- Support repair, replacement, and facility improvement projects.
- Conduct facility inspections and identify opportunities for corrective and preventive action.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field), Industrial Technology, or a related discipline.
- At least 1 year of maintenance experience, including 6 months in maintenance planning.
- Knowledge of building facilities, utilities, and maintenance systems.
- Strong planning, coordination, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Experience working with contractors and service providers is a plus.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Willing to be assigned in Tanza, Cavite.
