The Facilities Planning and Performance Officer is responsible for portfolio-level planning, performance monitoring, and governance across all commissary sites in Luzon. This role consolidates site-level data, ensures compliance, and provides management with actionable insights to guide decision-making on capital planning, projects, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- :Develop and maintain capital replacement and lifecycle plans
- .Consolidate site budgets, spend, and savings data; provide actionable insights
- .Track project milestones, contract obligations, and performance metrics
- .Monitor compliance trends (safety, GMP, regulatory) and escalate recurring gaps
- .Prepare management reports, dashboards, and analytical insights for decision-making
- .Support standardization of facilities management processes across sites

Qualification
- s:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture or any engineering cours
