Job Description

The Facilities Planning and Performance Officer is responsible for portfolio-level planning, performance monitoring, and governance across all commissary sites in Luzon. This role consolidates site-level data, ensures compliance, and provides management with actionable insights to guide decision-making on capital planning, projects, and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

  • :Develop and maintain capital replacement and lifecycle plans
  • .Consolidate site budgets, spend, and savings data; provide actionable insights
  • .Track project milestones, contract obligations, and performance metrics
  • .Monitor compliance trends (safety, GMP, regulatory) and escalate recurring gaps
  • .Prepare management reports, dashboards, and analytical insights for decision-making
  • .Support standardization of facilities management processes across sites

Qualification

  • s:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture or any engineering cours
  • e.Must have Professional license (Engineer or Architect,
  • )5+ years in Facilities Management, Project Management, or portfolio-level operation
  • s.Experience in multi-site plant operations
  • .Strong skills in data analysis, financial reporting, project tracking, and dashboard tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel
  • ).Knowledge of compliance, contract governance, and regulatory requirements in facilities, safety, or GMP environment
  • s.Willing to conduct regular plant visits in Laguna, Muntinlupa, and Bulaca
