The Facilities Operations & Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading the end-to-end management of facilities operations and maintenance, ensuring all building systems are safe, compliant, reliable, and cost-efficient, while supporting uninterrupted business operations.
1. Key Responsibilities
• Oversees daily operations of critical systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire protection, auxiliary systems).
• Ensures 24/7 operational readiness and rapid incident response.
• Establishes preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Drives reliability-centered maintenance to minimize downtime and asset failure.
• Project & CAPEX Management. Reviews technical designs and ensures alignment with operational requirements
• Financial & Cost Control. Identifies cost-saving opportunities without compromising reliability.
• Identifies operational risks and implements mitigation strategies.
• Regulatory Compliance & Safety
• Project Management and Facility Management.
• Team Leadership & Capability Building
Job Requirements
1. Licensed Professional Electrical Engineer (PEE)
2. At least ten years experience in managing the facilities repair and maintenance programs, specifications, estimates, working plans, safety systems and practices for LV/HV electrical transformers, MVSG, LVSG, synchronizing panel, generator set, UPS, air conditioning, fire protection, and communication systems for buildings, commercial and industrial establishments.
3. Physically fit for Office and Construction job site work environment.
4. Facilities Management, Customer Service, People Management, Design Estimate, Communication Skills, Computer Literate, CAD, Highly Analytical.
