Handle Night Shift facilities operations
Coordinate with BUH/business teams.
Manage store inventory and stock checks.
Conduct vendor meetings and prepare minutes for tracking
Support vendor selection and renewals.
Drive cost-saving initiatives.
Handle customer visits and events
Maintain workplace safety & Hygeiene
Handle internal/external audits and compliances.
Validate IFMS attendance and SLA.
Ensure BCM readiness and fast recovery.
Work on Access Reconciliation and CCTV operations
Conduct Business Connects and take proactive facilities feedback
