About The Role

As a FacilitiesManager at CBRE, you are the cornerstone of our operational excellence. Youwill be responsible for the seamless day-to-day operations, maintenance, andoverall management of assigned client facilities. This role demands a proactiveprofessional who can balance technical oversight with exceptional clientservice, ensuring that our properties operate efficiently, safely, and in fullalignment with our clients strategic business objectives. You will partnerwith vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders to deliver world-class facilitysolutions.

This jobis a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on allaspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the PropertyManagers regarding all repairs and investment plans.

What You'll Do

• Manage daily facility operations, including building maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance schedules.
• Oversee third-party vendors and service contractors, ensuring performance meets contractual obligations and high-quality standards.
• Develop, monitor, and manage operational budgets, including variance reporting and capital expenditure planning.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, security, and environmental policies, including adherence to local building codes and OSHA regulations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client and tenant service requests, ensuring timely resolution and proactive communication.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain property standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or other work order platforms to track activities and analyze data.
• Lead and develop on-site support teams to foster a culture of service and operational efficiency
  
  

About You

• Bachelor's Degree of Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in handling both hard and soft services
• Facilities Management Background is required
• People Skills- ability to handle and manage a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Amenable working on a shifting schedule, 6 days a week, weekends/ holidays
• Can start ASAP
