About The Role

As a Facilities Manager at CBRE, you are the cornerstone of our operational excellence. You will be responsible for the seamless day-to-day operations, maintenance, and overall management of assigned client facilities. This role demands a proactive professional who can balance technical oversight with exceptional client service, ensuring that our properties operate efficiently, safely, and in full alignment with our clients strategic business objectives. You will partner with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders to deliver world-class facility solutions.

This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.

What You'll Do

  • Manage daily facility operations, including building maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance schedules.
  • Oversee third-party vendors and service contractors, ensuring performance meets contractual obligations and high-quality standards.
  • Develop, monitor, and manage operational budgets, including variance reporting and capital expenditure planning.
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, security, and environmental policies, including adherence to local building codes and OSHA regulations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client and tenant service requests, ensuring timely resolution and proactive communication.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain property standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or other work order platforms to track activities and analyze data.
  • Lead and develop on-site support teams to foster a culture of service and operational efficiency


About You

  • Bachelor's Degree of Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in handling both hard and soft services
  • Facilities Management Background is required
  • People Skills- ability to handle and manage a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Amenable working on a shifting schedule, 6 days a week, weekends/ holidays
  • Can start ASAP
