Job Description

The Facilities Officer is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance and operations of JFC&aposs facilities and support services.

  • Availability and effectiveness of Emergency Response System and Procedures
  • Budget Management System
  • Compliance
  • Ensure Sustainability of EHS Programs and Activities
  • Ensure effective implementation of management systems and procedures
  • Provide technical support to other commissaries


JOB QUALIFICATION

  • SMust hold a Bachelor&aposs degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, and possess a valid engineering license
  • .At least three to five (3-5) years of experience in professional facilities and property management
  • .Demonstrated strong leadership and management skills
  • .Customer-centric and persistent in driving solutions and continuous improvements
  • .Ability to build gainful relationships and display maturity in handling highly confidential information
  • .Experience in multi-site management with regular alignment meetings with stakeholders
  • .Must be willing to be assigned in Cebu
