We are seeking an experienced Facilities Management Team Lead to oversee the maintenance, administration, and continuous improvement of workplace facilities, utilities, and support services within a manufacturing environment. The role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, workplace safety, and the effective management of facility-related projects and service providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations and maintenance of facilities, utilities, buildings, and grounds.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, health, safety, and facility management standards.
- Manage preventive maintenance programs for critical equipment and systems, including HVAC, generators, fire protection, CCTV, and other site infrastructure.
- Oversee workplace support services such as housekeeping, security, transport, waste management, reception, and office administration.
- Develop and monitor facility budgets, asset replacement plans, and operational expenditures.
- Lead facility improvement initiatives, office and workplace optimization projects, and capital expenditure projects.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external contractors, suppliers, and government agencies to support business operations and compliance requirements.
- Drive sustainability, safety, business continuity, and continuous improvement programs across the site.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Must be a Licensed Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or possess equivalent license.
- At least three (3) years of relevant experience in facilities management, property management, building operations, or related functions.
- Strong background in facilities and property management, preventive maintenancemanagement, building systems management (ACU, Genset, CCTV,FDAS, Fire Protection System), budget and asset management, project management, capacity planning, and space management.
- Experience managing outsourced service providers and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, customer service, and people management skills.
- Willing to be assigned onsite in Danao, Cebu.
