SN Aboitiz Power Group is currently looking for a dedicated Facilities Engineer to join our Maintenance team and help us achieve and sustain world-class facilities!
What you will do:
- Ensure Plant Reliability: Oversee the civil infrastructure and maintenance of plant facilities, including powerhouses, access roads, and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) structures
- Manage Technical Projects: Prepare engineering plans, detailed drawings, Terms of Reference (TOR), and Scopes of Work (SOW)
- Conduct Specialized Surveys: Lead engineering studies, structural deformation surveys, and annual bathymetric surveys to measure reservoir depth and siltation
- Drive Preventive Maintenance: Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) like Maximo or Job Tech to plan, schedule, and track maintenance activities
- Uphold Safety & Quality: Actively participate in plant safety initiatives, Integrated Management Systems (IMS), and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
What we are looking for:
- A Registered Civil Engineer with at least 2 years of experience in a related field
- Proficiency in using AutoCAD, preparing cost estimates, and supervising construction activities
- Solid knowledge of dam operations, safety protocols, and the maintenance of non-power components
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform Root Cause Analysis to prevent unplanned shutdowns
- A valid LTO driver's license is required
