About The Role

As a CBRE Facilities Helpdesk, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to staff and users regarding facilities-related issues, including maintenance requests, repairs, and other facility-related concerns.

This includes coordinating maintenance, repairs, and renovations, as well as managing facilities-related projects, vendors, work orders and purchase orders.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to and resolve facilities-related queries and issues via phone, email, and in-preson.
  • Manage and prioritize maintenance requests, ensuring timely completion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (maintenance, security, housekeeping) to resolve issues.
  • Provide information and guidance on facilities policies, procedures, and services.
  • Monitor and report on facilities-related issues, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of requests, issues, and resolutions.


About You

  • Bachelor's Degree or Vocational Graduate of any related course
  • Has at least 2 years of work experience as Facilities Helpdesk
  • Has background in Facilities Management Operations
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications and ticketing sytem
  • Amenable to work on a shifting schedule, 6 days a week, weekends/ holidays
  • Can start ASAP
