Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engineering strategies aligned with business goals

• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs across all facilities

• Oversee construction, renovation, equipment installation, and expansion projects

• Ensure compliance with OSH, Building Code, Fire Code, and Environmental Laws

• Drive cost-reduction and energy-efficiency initiatives

• Manage engineering budgets, CAPEX planning, and vendor relationships

• Provide technical oversight for mechanical, electrical, civil, refrigeration, and fuel systems

• Lead engineering teams across multiple sites and establish performance standards

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related)

• Licensed Engineer

• Minimum 6 years of engineering experience

• At least 3–5 years in a leadership or management role

• Strong background in facility systems, infrastructure, and maintenance operations

• Willing to travel frequently across company sites
