YOUR ROLE

You take part in creating the best new hire experience in the project to completely renew our talent acquisition and onboarding process. You also help us with finding the best vendors for recruitment, and managing the a to z collaboration with them.

  • Lead SME's in improving the over-all Facilities Management in the following aspects:
    • Reliable and Efficient Operation/Effective Maintenance
    • Compliance to regulatory requirements, POR,SOP,LOP,WI
    • Regular review of POR,SOP,LOP,WI/FMEA – Resilience and Robustness programs and update specs timely.
    • Ensure standardization of site Facilities reporting and way of working.
    • Ensure generation of technical reports for critical issues/ITP and action items implemented accordingly in collaboration with Facility Quality.
    • Ensure installed Facilities System/Equipment is with enough redundancy (FRM/SRI).
    • Collaboration with all project stakeholders and come up with the detailed SOW and initial design.
    • Coordinate to GPO for needed project tendering, technical bid review, commercial bid review and awarding of projects.
    • Coordinate with GPO/Finance on the review of all Facilities service contracts.
    • Utilities Capacity Usage Monitoring & Assessment
    • Facilities System & Equipment Efficiency Improv.
Your Skills & Experiences

  • License Electrical / Mechanical Engr. or any other course with significant track record /PEE/PME license an advantage.
  • Knowledgeable in Quality Management tools like 8D/FMEA/DMAIC /5Sand others.
  • Knowledgeable with regulatory requirements such as DOLE/PEZA/DOE/ERC/BFO/Fire Code/LLDA/DENR/PDEA and the likes.
  • Must have exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
  • With good analytical skill.
  • At least 10 years work experience in Facilities O&M, Project Management, Design , Construction/EHS and regulatory compliance in a semiconductor or related environment. With 5 years leading a Facilities Team/Department.
  • Significant knowledge in contract management and negotiations.
  • Commendable knowledge in budget/cost (financial management).
  • Knowledgeable in a semiconductor key facilities system operation and maintenance like HVAC system. Compressed Air System, UPS and the like.
  • Knowledgeable in managing Service level agreements (SLA's or KPI's).
