We are looking for a Facilities Engineer to support the maintenance and operation of manufacturing facilities and building services, ensuring smooth daily operations within the plant.
Responsibilities
- Ensure facility and utility systems operate smoothly with minimal downtime
- Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Investigate equipment breakdowns and implement improvement actions
- Monitor facility and equipment performance to improve reliability and efficiency
- Support facility upgrading, equipment replacement, and energy-saving projects
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal departments on maintenance and project activities
- Assist in budget planning, cost tracking, and project management
- Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations
- Support audits, regulatory compliance, permits, and safety requirements
- Participate in continuous improvement and smart factory initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electromechanical Engineering, or related discipline
- 1-2 years of relevant engineering experience preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of facility maintenance, boiler operations, or fire safety will be an advantage
