Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering, RME/Assistant EE license
- At least two 2 years experience in plant maintenance and operations
Required Skills
- Knowledge and application of MFG industry, Standards & practices RCA, SPC & Safety.
- Above average computer literacy (office tools & presentation)
Responsibilities
- Directs and oversees operation and maintenance, overseeing and controlling all activities related in operation and maintenance, sustenance power, air-condition, ventilation, vacuum, compressed air, etc. to all areas within controlled specifications.
- Evaluates and troubleshoots equipment condition during operation breakdown or malfunction using established troubleshooting procedure to determine the cause of such and makes the necessary repair & prevent re-occurrence.
- Monitors closely utilities supplied to production areas to ascertain that such conforms to set specification in terms of temperature, relative humidity, flow pressure, power requirements and the like, performs corrective measures should deviation from set specification is manifested.
- Performs periodic preventive maintenance and repairs on assigned equipment and sees to it that all worn out parts are replaced or the equipment refurbished for purposes of repair prevention/elimination.
- Records all repairs and maintenance work done on the equipment and facilities, including spare parts, materials and supplies used for purposes of monitoring and analyzing equipment performance, inventory control and maintaining an accurate data base.
