Job Summary
To lead, manage, and execute preventive, corrective, and improvement maintenance activities across all facility systems - electrical, mechanical, fire protection and HVAC. This is to ensure optimal equipment performance, compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and uninterrupted support to business operations.
The Senior Facilities Maintenance Engineer will also provide technical expertise, supervision, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability, energy efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of facility operations..
Key Responsibilities

Facilities Maintenance Management
1.0 Plan, supervise, and execute preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance programs for all facility systems (electrical, mechanical, fire protection, and HVAC).
2.0 Ensure minimal equipment downtime and maintain continuous operation of building utilities and critical systems.
3.0 Monitor and evaluate maintenance performance through KPIs, reports, and audits.

Technical and Engineering Support
1.0 Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and root cause analysis of facility equipment issues.
2.0 Recommend and implement engineering improvements to enhance system reliability, energy efficiency, and safety.
3.0 Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and maintenance procedures.

Legal and Safety Compliance
Compliance to all regulatory requirements

Asset and Documentation Management
1.0 Maintain accurate records of equipment history, maintenance logs, and asset inventory.
2.0 Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical components.

Budget and Cost Control
1.0 Assist in preparing and managing annual maintenance budgets.
2.0 Identify cost-saving opportunities through energy management, equipment optimization, and process improvements.
3.0 Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate maintenance service contracts.
