Visaya Knowledge Process Outsourcing Corporation

Visaya KPO is looking for a Facilities Coordinator to support the maintenance and upkeep of our office facilities. If you have hands-on experience with air-conditioning systems and basic electrical work, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and ensure air-conditioning units are in good working condition

Perform basic air-conditioning maintenance and repairs

Clean and disinfect VKPO areas and common spaces

Assist with general facilities upkeep as needed

Qualifications

At least High School Graduate

With basic electrical background

Knowledgeable in air-conditioning troubleshooting, diagnosis, and cleaning

With TESDA Certificate – Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Servicing (RAC)

Willing to work on a shifting schedule
