Facilities Coordinator

Job Description

Maintains a secure, functional, and efficient workplace by overseeing building maintenance, coordinating repairs, supervising vendors (cleaning, security, landscaping), managing supplies and inventory, all while adhering to health, safety, and legal regulations, generally reporting to a facilities supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications

Technical Certifications: Must possess a valid maintenance technician certificate or from a relevant vocational course.

Core Expertise: Mandatory, hands-on knowledge of air conditioning (AC) systems and HVAC troubleshooting.

System Familiarity: Practical understanding of building systems and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), alongside proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite. Prior experience working as a hands-on technician is highly advantageous.

Problem-Solving Skills: Strong critical thinking and decision-making capabilities tailored for troubleshooting issues.

Project Management: Strong ability to prioritize daily workloads, manage concurrent maintenance tasks, and consistently hit deadlines.
