Handle Leasehold Improvement and Renovation projects including layout designing, planning, and cost estimation.
Oversee Facilities Management activities such as preventive and corrective maintenance.
Perform maintenance and repair of electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems to ensure all equipment and facilities remain in good working condition.
Coordinate with suppliers and third-party contractors for facility requirements including repairs, renovations, and replenishment of office consumables.
Assist in the logistical setup of meeting rooms and event spaces including arrangement of furniture and technical equipment.
Manage Office Accommodation concerns including space planning and office layouts, interior improvements and office fixtures, building compliance coordination
Supervise Fleet Management operations including vehicle acquisition, repairs, maintenance, and disposal.
Manage procurement of items, contracts, and services related to facilities, equipment repair and maintenance, and fleet management.
Monitor fixed assets and ensure proper maintenance of office equipment.
Implement cost-efficient strategies while maintaining operational effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Electro-Mechanical, or any related Technical/Management course.
Candidates with extensive experience in facilities, construction, renovation, or architecture-related work are welcome to apply.
Must have solid experience in end-to-end facilities maintenance and management in office and warehouse set up.
Strong knowledge in office equipment maintenance, electrical systems, and fixed asset control.
Proven experience in budgeting and implementing cost-effective measures.
Excellent communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
