ROLE OVERVIEW

The Facilities and Safety Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and safety of the UAS Balibago, Pampanga BPO office — ensuring all electrical systems, equipment, and infrastructure are maintained to the highest standards and fully compliant with safety regulations. This role directly enables uninterrupted BPO operations by proactively managing facility risks, coordinating maintenance, and enforcing health and safety protocols. The ideal candidate brings hands-on BPO facility experience and strong project management skills, ensuring a safe, efficient, and compliant working environment for all site personnel.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will be accountable for the following outcomes:

• Facilities Management: Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the Balibago, Pampanga BPO office — ensuring a safe, clean, and fully functional work environment with zero unplanned downtime and 100% of scheduled preventive maintenance completed on time each month.

• Safety Management: Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies and procedures; conduct regular safety audits and inspections; organize emergency preparedness programs; and maintain full DOLE/OSHC compliance — with zero major regulatory findings during audits.

• Physical Security: Manage access control, CCTV, and security personnel; develop security policies; conduct risk assessments; and coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services to protect company assets and BPO personnel.

• Asset, Shuttle & Clinic Management: Maintain accurate asset inventory; oversee employee shuttle services; coordinate onsite clinic and health programs; manage procurement and disposal of assets within approved budgets.

• Business Continuity Planning Support: Assist in developing and activating BCP plans; ensure site readiness for emergencies; and collaborate with other departments to maintain operational resilience at the Balibago BPO site.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineer — Graduate (required)

• 3–5 years of experience in facilities management, safety compliance, or a related field; experience managing large premises with overseeing maintenance & safety procedures — BPO or call center experience strongly preferred

• BOSH Certification or any valid safety certification is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing facilities in a 24/7 multi-shift BPO or IT-BPM environment; knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems; strong leadership and team management skills

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or design software for space planning; analytical skills to optimize operational efficiency; competencies include: Champion Change, Drives for Results, Communication and Influence, Accountability, Time Management.
