Your Role
As a
Facilities Coordinator, you will:
- Process and monitor filed tickets submitted to the Facilities department.
- Maintain and update internal trackers to ensure all administrative data is current.
- Manage the tracking and inventory of supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Organize the recording, filing, and safekeeping of all Facilities Team documentation.
- Execute the processing and recording of payment requests, liquidations, cash advances, and reimbursements.
- Generate Facilities monthly reports and other documentation as required.
- Coordinate the issuance of gate passes and work permits for staff and contractors.
- Supervise housekeeping staff and security guards to ensure service standards are met.
- Monitor the cleanliness and orderliness of the site and assist in creating office layouts.
- Perform asset management duties and other tasks assigned by the Facilities Site Lead.
What You Need
Non-negotiables
- Previous experience in facilities coordination or office administration.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory and documentation.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to coordinate effectively with third-party vendors like security and housekeeping.
Preferred Skills/expertise
- Experience in asset management or procurement.
- Knowledge of basic office layout design or space planning.
- Strong attention to detail in financial reporting and reimbursement processing.
