Position: Facilities Analyst

Overview:
Responsible for administrative services under Facilities Central Team, which includes permits and contract management, clerical, financial and vendor management.
- Oversees logistical support to the company and to the team in areas such as, but not limited to, the following: permits, NTC coordination, messengerial service, transfers, etc.
- Manages specialized shared services such as, but not limited to, PEZA renewals and concessionaire selection.
- Ensures that the central budget and expenses are properly forecasted and updated.
- Submits monitoring reports and other data gathering reports.
- Oversees the concessionaire and other food vendors as part of vendor management, handles recommendations, TIP-wide concessionaire performance survey, contract management, etc., ensuring that contractors and team members adhere to the Facilities and TIP policies.
- Plots and monitors third party contractor deployment, schedule adherence, reports, equipment and consumables.
- Supervises off site storage and use.
Required skills + qualities (technical):
- Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Business Management
- 2-3 years in administration with exposure in a call center or BPO environment
- Preferably with advanced knowledge on building and facilities administration.General / basic knowledge from Information Technology/ Call Center Operations and Organization. Proficiency with MS Office applications (i.e. MS Word, Excel)
- Six Sigma; People management; Vendor management; Logistics and materials management; Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
- Should be strategic, analytical with a critical eye for details.
