Your Role
As the Facilities & Admin Senior Manager, you will ensure that all facilities and administrative services consistently meet the needs of end users. Your responsibilities include:
Lead, manage, and develop the Facilities & Admin Leads/Managers and their extended teams.
Drive continuous improvement, service transformation, and operational excellence across all sites.
Oversee overall site maintenance, workplace experience, and employee comfort to ensure a high-standard work environment.
Ensure full compliance with local regulations (PEZA, BOI, DOE, BFP, LGU, DENR), health and safety standards, and client requirements.
Manage third-party vendors, service providers, and contract performance to ensure service quality and cost-efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Finance and People & Partnerships to manage operational interdependencies.
Oversee building inspections and repair activities to ensure critical equipment uptime and proactive problem prevention.
Achieve departmental KPIs and scorecard targets while driving cost-saving initiatives.
What You Need
Non-negotiables
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role managing Facilities and Administration teams.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine regulatory compliance including PEZA, BOI, and LGU requirements.
- Expertise in managing operational costs and implementing successful cost-saving initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team of managers.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills/expertise
- A strong blend of administrative and technical expertise in facility systems.
- A mindset centered on consistency, efficiency, and proactive problem prevention.
- Experience in service transformation and driving operational excellence in a managed services environment.
