Facilities Admin Maintenance & Engineering (FAME) Head

Crystal Cold Storage is looking for a capable, hands-on leader to head our Facilities, Administration, Maintenance & Engineering (FAME) function.

We are seeking someone who brings strong technical expertise, operational discipline, and a genuine sense of ownership to help strengthen our facilities, equipment reliability, workplace safety, and overall operational excellence.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

- Facilities Management and Administration
- Maintenance and Asset Reliability
- Engineering and Electrical Systems
- Security, Cleanliness and Hygiene
- Occupational Safety and Health (OSH)
- Equipment Reliability, including MHE and Refrigeration
- Engineering Projects and Contractor Management

Ideal Candidate:

- Engineering graduate, preferably a licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
- At least 7 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong background in industrial facilities, maintenance, and engineering
- Experience in cold storage, food manufacturing, logistics, or other 24/7 operations is an advantage
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement
- Proactive, accountable, and comfortable working across functions
