Loft is looking for a Facilities Admin. who will be responsible for ensuring that the coworking space and business center are clean, safe, functional, and ready for daily operations. What You'll Do
- Daily Operations & Maintenance. Oversee the daily inspection, cleanliness, and upkeep of the business center, ensuring supplies are available and minor maintenance issues are promptly addressed.
- Member Staff & Support. Provide timely support by setting up rooms for meetings and events, addressing member and staff requests, and assisting front desk and operations teams during peak hours.
- Vendor & Building Coordination. Coordinate with building admin, vendors, and contractors for repairs and services, ensuring all work orders and requests are properly monitored and documented.
- Safety & Compliance. Maintain a safe work environment by ensuring clear emergency exits, promptly reporting hazards, and assisting with basic emergency response when needed.
- Inventory & Asset Control. Manage and track facility supplies, equipment, and assets, ensuring proper inventory, storage, and organization.
Minimum Qualifications
- With experience in facilities, maintenance, housekeeping, or building operations (preferred)
- Physically fit and able to perform light lifting and movement of furniture
- Service-oriented, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, or holidays when required
- Time management and task prioritization
- Good communication and teamwork
- Strong sense of responsibility and initiative
