The
Facilities & Admin Assistant Manager ensures safe, efficient, and costeffective operations of company buildings, office spaces, and associated facilitiesincluding those of
affiliate locations. The role oversees preventive and corrective maintenance, construction/renovation projects, vendor management, compliance, and workplace services, supporting daytoday administrative operations while driving continuous improvement in the built environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (strongly preferred).
- Other engineering backgrounds (Mechanical/Electrical) or Architecture may be considered if supported by solid facilities experience.
- PRC License (Civil Engineer) is an advantage
- Progressive experience in Facilities Management, Building Administration, or Property/Construction Management.
- Proven experience supervising: Building maintenance (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, structural upkeep), construction and renovation projects (office fitouts, repairs, expansions), and multisite or affiliate facility operations
- At least 35 years in a supervisory or managerial role handling teams, vendors, and contractors.
