Facialist Aesthetician
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Facialist/Aesthetician to provide high-quality skincare treatments and ensure excellent client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in facial procedures, passionate about beauty and wellness, and committed to delivering safe and effective treatments.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional facial treatments (basic to advanced facials)
- Conduct skin analysis and recommend appropriate skincare treatments and products
Perform Services Such As
- Deep cleansing facials
- Acne treatments
- Whitening/brightening facials
- Anti-aging treatments
- Diamond peel / chemical peel (if certified)
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, equipment, and treatment rooms
- Ensure proper documentation of client records and treatment history
- Educate clients on aftercare and skincare routines
- Upsell skincare products and services when appropriate
- Follow clinic safety and hygiene standards at all times
Qualifications
- At least High School Graduate / Vocational / TESDA Certified in Beauty Care (preferred)
- With experience as a Facialist or Aesthetician (preferred but not required for entry-level)
- Knowledgeable in skincare procedures and facial equipment
- Pleasing personality and good communication skills
- Customer-service oriented
- Willing to undergo training
- Can work on shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays if needed
