Job Description

Qualifications

  • At least a high school graduate, vocational graduate, or college undergraduate (4-year graduates are welcome).
  • Experience as a facialist, aesthetician, or in skincare retail is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of skincare and beauty is a plus.
  • Willing to undergo training, work flexible schedules, and be assigned to different branches.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Preferably residing in or willing to relocate within Metro Manila.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform facial treatments and other face/body skincare services.
  • Assess clients skin conditions and recommend suitable treatments and skincare products.
  • Provide professional advice on skincare concerns such as acne and pigmentation.
  • Build strong client relationships and promote long-term skincare solutions.
  • Prepare sales and inventory reports.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
