Job Summary
We are looking for Facade Drafters / Designers to join FT Drafting Corporation (Facade Tech Pty LTD). Openings are available from mid to senior levels (Level 2-3), with role scope and responsibilities tailored to each candidate's experience, technical expertise, and overall capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in facade drafting and design and will work closely with the Design Team in reviewing engineering calculation summaries and incorporating them into detailed shop drawings.
Depending on level, the role may also involve increased ownership in project coordination, quality assurance, and team support. Successful candidates will contribute to the team's overall performance and support the company's commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.

Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review engineering calculation summaries and incorporate them into accurate and detailed shop drawings, with complexity of work aligned to experience level.
- Update and revise drawings based on markups and direction from the Design Manager or Project Manager.
- Produce drafting outputs based on preliminary designs and issued scoping documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
- Follow company procedures and standards for document control, filing, and submission.
- Provide support to project teams in delivering façade-related requirements and outputs.
- Depending on experience, contribute to coordination, quality checking, and continuous improvement of drafting processes.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Degree in BS Civil Engineering or BS Architecture
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in façade works is preferred; candidates with relevant drafting or design experience across varying levels are encouraged to apply.
- Experience with various facade systems including curtain wall systems, glazing systems, and cladding panels is required.
- Accurate drawing and mathematical skills.
- Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD and/or other comparable drafting applications is required including Microsoft Office programs.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently within a team environment.
- Must have excellent oral communication skills and positive interpersonal skills.
- Must be detail oriented, have a deadline-driven mindset, and goal-directed.
- Ability to handle all types of projects.
- Willingness to contribute above daily tasks to help the company in meeting tight deadlines.
Work Schedule (Dayshift)
- Monday to Friday (6AM-3PM; Manila Time)
Work Setup (Onsite)
- You will be working onsite.
- Your equipment will be provided by the company.
- Alabang, Muntinlupa
