Facade Architect/Engineer

Minimum Qualifications

• PRC-licensed Architect or Civil/Structural Engineer
• Minimum of 4-5 years of solid faade experience, covering design development, engineering, construction, and project handover
• Proven experience in curtain wall systems and complex faade packages
• Exposure to both local and international projects, particularly high-rise, mixed-use, and technically complex developments
• Strong background in managing faade works from concept to completion.

Technical Competency

• Strong working knowledge of faade-related structural and design codes, including but not limited to:
• Wind load and seismic design
• Glass and aluminum system engineering
• Anchoring, fixing, and support systems
• Ability to evaluate structural performance, movement, and load transfer between faade systems and the main building structure
• Capability to ensure faade systems meet safety, performance, and durability standards
• Skilled in reviewing shop drawings, calculations, material submittals, and mock-ups for faade works.
