Certification from TESDA or any equivalent training
- At least one (1) year experience in related job is an advantage
- Must possess good communication skills

Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders accurately
Measure, cut, shape, and assemble metal materials to required specifications
Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding on various metal components
Set up and operate fabrication equipment such as saws, grinders, and drills
Inspect finished welds and fabricated parts for quality and dimensional accuracy
Repair defective metal parts and rework assemblies when necessary
Maintain tools, welding machines, and shop equipment in safe working condition
Follow workplace safety procedures and use protective equipment properly
