Job Summary
A Fabrication Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the fabrication department, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while managing staff and coordinating with other departments.
Key Responsibilitie
- sSupervise Fabrication Team: Oversee and coordinate the activities of the fabrication team to ensure production schedules and deadlines are met
- .Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality control standards to ensure that all products meet required specifications
- .Safety Protocols: Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
- .Training and Mentorship: Train and mentor new and existing staff to enhance their skills and ensure adherence to safety practices
- .Process Improvements: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency within the fabrication department
- .Record Keeping: Maintain records of production output, downtime, and inventory of raw materials and supplies

Qualificatio
- nsEducation: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a technical degree in engineering or manufacturing is preferre
