IC Automotive Inc. is seeking an experienced and commercially driven F&I Business Development Manager to lead the strategic growth of our Finance & Insurance (F&I) business in the Philippines. This key leadership role will be responsible for driving finance, insurance, and ancillary product penetration while overseeing insurance operations, compliance, product development, and future in-house insurance agency initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with the F&I Operations Manager and cross-functional business leaders to deliver innovative financial and insurance solutions that enhance customer experience and business performance.

What you'll do

• Lead the growth of the F&I (Finance & Insurance) business in the Philippines through strategic initiatives, innovative programs, and partnerships that increase finance, insurance, and ancillary product penetration.
• Develop, manage, and enhance proprietary insurance products by collaborating with partners on product design, pricing, launches, and market-driven improvements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banking and insurance partners, leading negotiations and securing competitive financing and insurance solutions.
• Oversee F&I operations and performance by aligning programs with business objectives, improving SOPs, ensuring compliance, and optimizing customer experience.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the F&I team, fostering a high-performance culture, driving cross-functional collaboration, and supporting future in-house insurance agency initiatives.

About you

To be successful in this role you will be:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA, postgraduate studies, or professional certifications (e.g., CPCU, ARM) are highly preferred.
• At least 8 years of experience in Bancassurance, financial services, insurance, banking, or a related industry, with exposure to both finance and insurance functions.
• Proven success in business development, strategic partnerships, and commercial negotiations, with the ability to drive growth and build strong industry relationships.
• Strong financial and insurance expertise, including knowledge of lending structures, insurance underwriting, financial products, and risk assessment.
• Deep understanding of Philippine banking, finance, insurance, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and project management skills, with the ability to assess market trends, influence stakeholders, and deliver measurable business results.
