Role Description

The F&B Service Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bluewater Sumilon Island. responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage service operations across assigned outlets. The role involves supervising service teams, ensuring high standards of guest satisfaction, managing reservations and seating plans, and coordinating with kitchen and bar staff to deliver timely and accurate orders. The F&B Service Manager monitors inventory and ordering needs, assists in budgeting and cost control, and ensures compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand standards. This role also focuses on training and mentoring team members, implementing service improvements, and supporting special events and promotions to drive revenue and enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations, preferably in resort or hotel settings.
• Proven ability in Customer Service, with a focus on guest satisfaction, complaint resolution, and service recovery.
• Experience in Training, including coaching, mentoring, and developing service teams.
• Skills in Budgeting, cost control, and basic financial understanding related to F&B operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and workplace health and safety standards.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related field is an advantage.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays based on operational requirements.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Willing to relocate and stay on Bluewater Sumilon Island.
