I. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Ensures the achievement of individual/segment target set by the Vice President for Sales and Marketing - Events, Rooms and F&B by establishing a solid clientele base and expand market reach for F&B
- Works to significantly grow the F&B business with the end view of attaining overall F&B revenue target
- Contributes in the development of strategic marketing plans by conducting regular competition check to identify, benchmark, and tailor-make new products and services that would meet the market's prevailing market needs and demands.
- Manages accounts effectively by implementing regular sales calls, sales blitzes and telemarketing, conducting site inspections, and prospecting and networking to maintain a continuous stream of accounts.
- Corresponds with clients directly by providing any requested information concerning inquiries, proposals, and contracts in a timely manner to secure the business and ensure goodwill with client throughout the sales process.
- Liaises with clients directly, addressing client inquiries and requests for proposals and contracts in a timely manner to secure business leads and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Markets restaurants as alternative venues for intimate events. For events where clients availed restaurant, the F&B Sales Manager will directly handle groundwork from pre-event food tasting to event detailing and preparation of the F&B Banquet event orders as well as its dissemination to all the concerned departments.
- Oversees the actual F&B-booked event by being visible to organizers and clients during their event, checking on guests satisfaction and working closely with various departments to ensure quality service is delivered to our clients at all times.
- Sustains communication with client's post-event to remain visible, establish goodwill and solicit future event bookings.
- Prepares and submits weekly sales plan, activity report and accounts status.
II. JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Educational Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism or any equivalent discipline.
Experience Requirements
- At least 4 years Sales experience in a 5-star hotel

Technical Skills
- Knowledgeable in sales system, Delphi
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
