Job Description

Drive sustainable sales growth and profitability across all restaurant and bar operations.
Deliver exceptional guest experiences through consistently high standards of food, service, and hospitality.
Establish and enforce standardized processes, SOPs, and operating procedures across all locations.
Improve operational efficiency by optimizing workflows, resource allocation, and daily execution.
Strengthen cost management by reducing waste and controlling food, beverage, and operating expenses.
Build, develop, and retain high-performing teams through effective leadership, coaching, and succession planning.
Ensure full compliance with cleanliness, safety, quality, and brand standards at every outlet.
Lead the successful execution of business expansion, new store openings, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Fine Dining Operations Director should have:

Proven expertise in managing fine dining operations within the hospitality sector.
Strong understanding of the F&B industry and its operational demands.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to develop and implement effective operational strategies.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in dining establishments.
