Job Description

Responsible for providing prompt, courteous, and efficient food and beverage service during banquet functions and outlet operations, ensuring high standards of guest service, safety, and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide professional service at all times.

Set up, serve, and break down banquet and outlet function areas according to hotel standards.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper grooming in all service areas.

Review Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and ensure function rooms are prepared accurately.

Maintain mise en place, replenish supplies, and manage inventory for smooth operations.

Safeguard hotel assets during events and report any incidents promptly.

Be knowledgeable of menu items, preparation methods, and accompaniments.

Operate POS systems to post orders and process payments efficiently.

Follow correct service sequences and utilize appropriate upselling techniques to maximize revenue.

Attend pre- and post-shift meetings and assist the Team Leader and Manager in achieving department KPIs.
