Job Description
Client Consultation: Evaluate lash health, discuss desired styles, lengths, and curls, and recommend designs that best suit the client's eye shape.
Lash Application: Meticulously apply semi-permanent individual extensions or perform lash lifts/tints using proper adhesives and sanitation protocols.
Maintenance & Fills: Remove outgrown extensions and fill in gaps during follow-up appointments.
Sanitation & Hygiene: Sterilize tweezers, clean tools, and maintain a sanitary workstation in compliance with studio and health standards.
Customer Service & Sales: Educate clients on proper aftercare, recommend at-home retail products, and manage bookings.
