We are looking for associates who are graduates of BS Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, and other business-related programs who are interested in a career in Strategy and Transactions.

The Opportunity

Strategy Associates participate as valued members of case teams helping clients address their most pressing strategic challenges. As team members, they receive significant responsibility for identifying information sources, assembling data, performing analyses, structuring hypotheses, and developing presentations. Training is given in key business concepts and analytical methods immediately upon joining the firm and throughout their EY-Parthenon career.

• Conducting comprehensive secondary and primary research to identify critical insights.
• Executing data analyses such as customer segmentation, market sizing, competitor analysis, etc.
• Contributing to client strategy analysis and formulation
• Writing reports and delivering compelling presentations
• Cultivating relationships with clients to ensure ongoing collaboration.

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• Experience in Supply Chain is an advantage
• Proficient in quantitative and qualitative research and analysis
• Comfortable with complex problem-solving and data management
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced project environment.
• Clear, concise, and structured communication skills
• Proficient in writing reports within a business setting
• Demonstrates creativity, resourcefulness, and innovation.
• Strong team collaboration skills, coupled with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
